There are a lot of reasons why your hair could fall out. I have a friend who lost hair because she was going through a really stressful period in her life. Other reasons can be underlying health problems, reactions to certain medication, or reaction to hair products, diet, mineral deficiency, pollution, and your genetics. Or wearing helmets and caps also can increase hair loss .

What you should do before hair losing come an issue for you ?
There are a lot of things you should know to take care of your hair we will try to know some of these together
- Wash your hair regularly with suitable shampoo , Every kind of hair need different shampoo , That means you have to ask and try more than one shampoo .
- Wash your hair gently specially if you are using hot water you should be very careful your hair after hot water is coming so weak
- Try to keep away from stress , Stress damaged your hair fast ,Your eat should be healthy not only for your legs don’t forget your hair also
- your food should contained zinc , iron, vitamin C it’s very important for hair health
