Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup"

Problem clarification :

Yesterday i was facing this big problem with my work PC , What happened that before i was have office 2010 working good but i tried to upgrade to office 2013 but every time i was facing this message (Cannot install office 2013 Error "Microsoft office professional plus 2013 encountered an error during setup" ).

So i uninstalled this office 2010 (totally uninstalled ) and then tried to install office 2013 32X (as my system 32 bit) But unfortunately i couldn't install office 2013 also .

After many time , One and half day working on this issue i tried to install office 2010 again , But i failed .

How it solved :
So every one facing this problem i advice him to like me and install office 2007 . Otherwise you have to install windows from beginning .

Office 2007 is very good , Better than Office 2010
