Cheetah attacks tourist at safari

A terrified tourist has been captured on camera screaming in horror when a cheetah launches at her in a South African sanctuary.
Chinese student Peggy Lio had been visiting the Emdoneni Lodge Safari Park when the big cat jumped up, pushed her over and tried "to bite her".
In the shocking footage, Peggy is seen clinging to a staff member in terror while one man tries to prise the animal off her and another man stands close by with a big stick.

The jaw-dropping video shows Dew the cheetah fixate on Peggy before suddenly jumping into the air and dragging her to the ground.
She can be heard screaming "Oh my God" as she falls to her knees.
Peggy, who luckily did not need medical treatment after her ordeal, told News24: "Suddenly one of the cheetahs approached me, jumped on me and pulled me down on the ground, attempting to bite me.
"I asked a couple of the employees from Emdoneni Safari Park if I needed to go to see a doctor and get an injection but they said I don't need to because the cheetah has had a rabies injection before."
Just one day after the terrifying incident, the cheetah attacked a teenage tourist from Chirstchurch, New Zealand, leaving him with cuts on his shoulder and arm.
Isaac Driver had been at the park with his dad David, who said they had not been told about the attack the day before.
He said: "I was quite shocked, that's not really good (enough)."
The Emdoneni Lodge, in Hluhluwe, runs a cheetah project and according to their Facebook page is a place where "Africa comes alive to the splendour of wild cats."
